ABOUT
OSX HARD is part of OSX An Opera of Silences, an ongoing project that unfolds through performance, installation, sculpture, drawing, and material research. The body of work consists of a series of OSX (bear) claw sculptures made of graphite in various materials and formats, OSX (bear) suits, and BDSM influenced devices designed for drawing performances and live DJ sets.

Exploring contemporary ecologies where animality, the human, and the non-human (cyborg) hybridize within the overflow of language. Trought this work I investigate animal technology in relation to human technology, focusing on the way language manifests through drawing. These signs function as a dispute over articulation, discovering alternative ways of inhabiting realities; here, each X represents a silenced individual, introducing a validation of presence and existence. These works are the result of research conducted at the Natural History Museum in London during a residency at Gasworks, UK. During this period, I studied animal claws, specifically from South American species, viewing them as "animal technology" in order to design drawing devices.
